📋 1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium subscription purchases made through the
AssamPrep mobile application. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not
satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.

All amounts mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds will be processed to the original payment
method used during purchase.
💳 2. Premium Subscription Plans
AssamPrep offers the following premium subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Access to all premium content for 30 days
- Quarterly Plan: Access to all premium content for 90 days
- Annual Plan: Access to all premium content for 365 days
All plans provide access to premium mock tests, PYQ papers, advanced analytics, premium study notes, and
an ad-free experience.
✅ 3. Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have not accessed any premium content (tests, notes, or PYQ papers)
- There is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using premium
features, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)

Pro-rated refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have used
premium content minimally (fewer than 3 premium tests/notes accessed), you may be eligible for a
pro-rated refund at our discretion.
🚫 4. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- You have extensively used premium features (accessed more than 3 premium
tests/notes)
- Dissatisfaction with exam results or scores achieved using the platform
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Change of mind after actively using premium content
- Issues caused by your device, network, or third-party software

Google Play / App Store purchases: If you purchased a subscription through Google
Play or the Apple App Store, refund requests must be made through the respective platform's refund
process, as we do not directly control payments processed through those channels.
📝 5. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:
- Open the AssamPrep app and go to Profile → Support → Contact Us
- Send an email to support@assamprep.com with the subject line "Refund
Request"
- Include the following details: registered email, purchase date, transaction ID, and reason
for refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your
original payment method
🔄 6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time:
- Go to Profile → Premium → Manage Subscription in the app
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan
- Your test history, scores, and profile data will not be deleted upon cancellation

Note: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request
a refund along with cancellation, please follow the refund process described above.
🎁 7. Free Trial
If AssamPrep offers a free trial for premium features:
- The free trial period will be clearly stated before activation
- No charges will be made during the trial period
- You can cancel the trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged
- If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
🔄 8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with a revised effective date. The updated policy will apply to all future purchases.
