📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AssamPrep mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

AssamPrep is an exam preparation platform designed for Assam government competitive examinations including but not limited to APSC, ADRE, Assam Police SI, and other state-level examinations.

👤 2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have consent from a parent or guardian.

AssamPrep provides the following services:

• Mock Tests: Full-length exam simulations for APSC, ADRE, Police SI, and other exams
• Subject-wise Tests: Topic-based practice tests across various subjects
• Previous Year Questions (PYQ): Access to past exam question papers
• Quizzes: Daily challenges, random quizzes, and quick practice modes
• Study Notes: Comprehensive study materials and notes
• Performance Analytics: Score tracking, analysis, and progress reports

⭐ 4. Premium Subscription

AssamPrep offers both free and premium content. Premium features include:

• Access to all premium mock tests and PYQ papers
• Unlimited subject-wise tests
• Advanced analytics and AI-powered performance insights
• Premium study notes and materials
• Ad-free experience

Premium subscriptions are billed as per the plan selected at the time of purchase. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable taxes.

🚫 5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Share test questions or answers on external platforms
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content on AssamPrep — including questions, explanations, study notes, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AssamPrep or its content licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

📝 7. Test-Taking Rules

When taking tests or quizzes on AssamPrep:

• Tests are timed; answers auto-submit when time expires
• Negative marking may apply as specified in test instructions
• A stable internet connection is required during tests
• You may review and change answers before submission
• Once submitted, test results are final and cannot be altered
• Do not use external resources or assistance during tests unless specified

⚠️ 8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AssamPrep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That the content is error-free or completely up-to-date
• Uninterrupted or secure access to the Services
• Specific exam results or outcomes based on using our platform

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AssamPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

🔄 9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

🚪 10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Access to premium content will be revoked
• Test history and performance data may be deleted
• Outstanding subscription fees remain payable

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings within the App.

⚖️ 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
